Much of the conversation about Miami’s future is shrouded in the language of apocalypse; INSERT HERE imagines a joyous moment instead – years from now – when a stranger finds a serendipitous object that a Miamian made, within the pages of a book. 
 

This project commissions and showcases work by leading Miami artists that speaks to the city they come from, capturing and preserving a record of Miami’s artistic community. Editions of these bookmarks will be mailed to select Miami-Dade zip codes through the USPS, and placed in our collection to be dispersed across the community.
