ADVENTURE-LEGGERS by Bookleggers Library is Back with Second Annual Festival for Kids to Explore Creativity through Comic Books, Literary Adventure and Interactive Programming.

 

Get ready for the second year of ADVENTURE-LEGGERS, Miami's only youth and comic book festival for kids. The full day of multimedia programming celebrates literature, art, and creative entrepreneurship for kids and teens.

 

The festival will offer interactive experiences focused on comics, graphic novels, music, artist-led workshops, technology, creative professional workshops, storytime and more. ADVENTURE-LEGGERS aims to promote a lifelong love of reading while also introducing kids to creative pursuits that might spark their curiosity.

Admission to ADVENTURE-LEGGERS is free with rsvp and is open to kids 18 and under who attend with a family member or chaperone. Preregistration is highly recommended as a signed permission slip is required for each child attending the event. The permission and registration can be accessed here. No unaccompanied adults are allowed; this is a kids-only event with the exception of participating kids’ parents, guardians, or chaperones and those working the

event in the employ of Bookleggers Library, Bakehouse Art Complex, or its vendors and subcontractors.
