It’s no mystery that books tell stories, but some tell a story between their pages, through the things their owners put inside. These insertions, like the words on the page, are reinterpreted by each reader, adding unique layers to the story of a book each time it changes hands.

 

INSERT HERE sees readers as active participants with their books – adding, changing, and reacting to the experience on the page. Through INSERT HERE, we can simultaneously create our own art, our own culture, our own history. There is no stronger artistic act imaginable.
