Every Saturday in April the Traveling Book Trailer will be open at Gold Coast Railroad Museum to give away free books for all ages.

You receive free admission for up to four when you RSVP with Bookleggers!

• April 4th, we're teaming up with O, Miami for a day of activities for people of all ages—train rides, free books, a scavenger hunt, and poetic surprises! Write a poem on-site and turn it in to receive a poetic surprise!
   

• April 11th, join us for Storytime at 12pm and 2pm. We'll be reading and acting out two stories in the Tavern Lounge, aboard a real life train! It's the Atlantic Coast Line #254 to be exact, aka, the "Tamiami Champion."
   

• April 25th, Cars & Coffee takes over the one of the museum parking lots with exotic and rare cars.
   

The Gold Coast Railroad Museum became one of the three official Florida State Railroad Museums in 1984. The museum is dedicated to preserving, exhibiting, and operating historic equipment, housing over 40 historic rail cars including Presidential Rail Car 'Ferdinand Magellan,' and Florida East Coast Steam Locomotive #153.
